Health Testing
We do health test all our dogs. Each breed has their own health testing recommendations, and we follow that per breed. The results are available upon request.
We do offer a three year genetic health guarantee with lifetime support on all our puppies. Please see our contract for those exact details.
Cost
We pride ourselves on quality breeding and this is reflected in our pricing.
Mastadors- $2,500
*Full registration/breeding rights will be approved to QUALIFIED homes only, and there will be a fee for full rights.
Application Process
You may fill out an application at any time. We will begin reviewing applications once they are received. APPROVED applicants will be notified and placed on the current list. When a female is confirmed pregnant and the puppies are born, applicants will be contacted for puppy selections and will be required to put down a non-refundable, but transferable, deposit.

ENGLISH MASTIFF
This is a loyal breed. Usually referred to as just a Mastiff. This giant breed is loyal to their family and wary of strangers, but with early training and socialization can be very gentle to strangers Larger breeds are no short feat. They are a commitment, like all dogs, and need an owner that understands how their massive size and lack of personal space. They just want to be a cuddle buddy.
MASTADORS
This dog is a cross between an English Mastiff and an English Labrador. Typically inherit the best traits from both parents, large, energetic, and loving. The gentleness from the Mastiff mixed with a little more energy from the Lab-side. A new and growing designer breed that will be your families guardian but will enjoy longer walks, socializing, and just lounging on the couch.
Picking Up Puppy
Per Virginia law no puppies may be picked up before 8 weeks old. Puppies must be picked up from breeder no later than 10 weeks, unless arrangements have been discussed (*note: board and training fee will be applied to claimed puppies picked up after 10 weeks old. You may personally pickup your puppies or use nanny/transportation services. Delivery from the breeder is available if needed for a fee.
